Michael is the Managing Partner of Epic Pivot in Memphis, TN. His work inspires and embeds systemic and genuine innovation inside client cultures, both the methods and the mindsets.

Since launching the Studio in 2007, he has helped more than 200 clients embrace a very pragmatic approach to growing market share through innovation, insights, and strategy. Michael publishes and speaks frequently on these topics—and this same passion gets applied when he works with mid-sized companies, global nonprofits, and Fortune 500 businesses.
 

Michael has more than 25 years of experience leading market strategy and innovation efforts. An expert in experiential marketing and user interface, Michael has consulted across a wide range of industries through his work at iXL, advertising agencies, and as an executive in a high-growth technology company. A published poet and musician, Michael is the creative force that compliments the analytical side of Southern Growth Studio.
