Dubai, UAE – February 26, 2025 – The Community Development Authority (CDA) – Dubai has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Global Innovation Institute (GInI) to strengthen collaboration in innovation, knowledge exchange, and institutional excellence. The agreement, signed during the World Innovation Summit at Dubai Sustainable City, marks a significant step in advancing government innovation strategies to enhance public services and community development.

The MoU was signed by H.E. Hessa bint Issa Buhumaid, Director General of CDA, and Mr. Anthony Mills, Director General of GInI, in the presence of senior officials and innovation leaders from both entities.
