Dubai, UAE – February 26, 2025 – The Community Development Authority (CDA) – Dubai has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Global Innovation Institute (GInI) to strengthen collaboration in innovation, knowledge exchange, and institutional excellence.
