February, 2025 – Global Innovation Institute (GInI) and Saudi Innovation Club have formalized a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen collaboration in innovation programs, knowledge exchange, and skills development. Signed in the Global Innovation Summit, this agreement aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, aiming to foster a culture of innovation and excellence across various sectors.

The MoU was signed by Mr. Anthony Mills on behalf of GInI and Eng. Majid Mohammed Bin Anzan, President of the Saudi Innovation Club, in the presence of officials and innovation leaders from both organizations.

Driving Innovation Through Collaboration

This strategic partnership aims to develop quality programs and initiatives that drive technological advancement and support Saudi Arabia’s national innovation strategy. The agreement includes:

• Exchange of expertise and best practices in innovation to enhance knowledge-sharing.
• Implementation of joint innovation programs to cultivate a robust innovation ecosystem.
• Promotion of Saudi Innovation Club events across GInI’s digital and professional networks.
• Providing 20 free training seats annually for Saudi Innovation Club members in various GInI certification programs.
• Offering discounted training seats for an additional 20 members to access GInI’s professional training courses.

A Commitment to Knowledge and Excellence

By fostering strategic cooperation, both organizations seek to equip individuals and institutions with the necessary tools and expertise to drive innovation-driven progress. This MoU not only reinforces Saudi Arabia’s commitment to becoming a global leader in innovation but also highlights the value of international collaboration in achieving sustainable growth.

The MoU will remain in effect for one year, with automatic renewal unless either party expresses a desire to discontinue the agreement. Both organizations have also committed to maintaining confidentiality and transparency throughout their joint initiatives.
